Housing Information
The military provides two options for the use of your Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH). The first option is to live on base. Your second option is to use your BAH to rent or buy a house off base.

• The Housing Services Center (850) 234-4248. Contact the housing office as soon as you know you are moving. You will be provided with the latest information on local housing as well as referral services and relocation assistance. They offer counseling and guidance before entering into a lease agreement and help resolve tenant-landlord disputes.

NSA Panama City On Base Housing

• Single service members can reach Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) at (850) 235-5278.
  
  
• NSA Panama City on-base housing is privatized and provided by Balfour Beatty Communities (850) 236-1095, which offers 2-4 bedroom townhomes and single family residences. Homes may come with central air, washer/dryer hookups, fenced yard and porch. Community amenities are basketball courts, tot lots and playgrounds.
